Your experience begins with a warm Italian welcome, including a glass of prosecco and a traditional aperitivo, as you meet your private chef and get comfortable at your individual workstation. After a brief introduction to ingredients and techniques, the class moves straight into practice.
Guided step by step, you learn how to knead, stretch, and work pizza dough, shape and fry golden supplì filled with seasoned rice, and prepare fragrant focaccia using high-quality, fresh ingredients. The chef explains each phase clearly, helping you understand not only how these dishes are made, but also why they are such an essential part of everyday Roman life.
Once the cooking is complete, you sit down to enjoy the full meal you have prepared, paired with carefully selected wines chosen to complement each recipe. The experience concludes with dessert and a final toast of limoncello, bringing the class to a classic Roman finish.
