Your culinary journey begins with a warm Italian welcome, featuring a glass of prosecco and a traditional aperitivo as you meet your private chef and settle into your personal cooking station. Once introduced to the ingredients and techniques, it’s time to get hands-on.
Under expert guidance, you learn how to knead and stretch authentic pizza dough, prepare crispy supplì filled with seasoned rice, and bake flavorful focaccia using premium, fresh ingredients. Each step is explained clearly, allowing you to understand both technique and tradition behind these Roman staples.
When everything is ready, you sit down to enjoy the full meal you have prepared, paired with carefully selected wines to complement each dish. The experience ends on a sweet note with dessert, followed by a toast of limoncello, completing a classic Roman dining experience.
