Begin your culinary journey with a warm aperitivo di benvenuto, sipping a classic Spritz as you settle into the relaxed and inviting atmosphere. Then, roll up your sleeves and dive into creating a four-course feast that celebrates Milan’s most iconic dishes.
Craft the perfect mondeghili, traditional meatballs infused with aromatic flavors, followed by the golden delight of risotto alla milanese, enriched with saffron and Parmigiano Reggiano. Master the art of preparing a crispy yet tender cotoletta alla milanese, served with fresh arugula and cherry tomatoes. For dessert, bake the delicate Pan Mein, buttery cookies made with polenta flour, paired with whipped cream and strawberry jam for a sweet finale.
