Tour description
This private e-bike experience in the Cinque Terre offers a scenic and engaging way to explore the region from above, combining panoramic cycling, village visits, and a wine tasting in a terraced vineyard. The tour begins at Passo del Termine, where the first ridge views open over Monterosso, Vernazza, and the coastline stretching toward Portovenere. The initial route is gentle and panoramic, ideal for enjoying the landscape at a relaxed pace.
A descent leads toward Vernazza, passing the Sanctuary of Nostra Signora di Reggio, a peaceful stop surrounded by ancient trees. Once in Vernazza, you enjoy free time to explore the village, stroll through its narrow streets, and learn about its history before starting the ascent back up the ridge. Thanks to your e-MTB, the 3 km climb is accessible even to less experienced cyclists, and a support shuttle is available for those who prefer not to pedal uphill.
Reaching San Bernardino, the tour pauses for a convivial break with focaccia, a taste of local white wine, and a spectacular viewpoint over Corniglia and the sea. According to timing and preference, the route continues with different options: visiting Corniglia, riding along the panoramic road to Volastra, or descending toward Manarola at the end of the experience.
In Volastra, the tour includes a visit to the Cappellini winery, where you walk among the terraced vineyards and enjoy a tasting of local wines, discovering the traditions and techniques behind Cinque Terre winemaking. A private transfer then brings you comfortably back to the starting point.
Suitable for beginners to experienced cyclists, with adjustable difficulty and distances, this experience requires a minimum height of 1.45 meters to ensure proper bike handling. It is a memorable way to connect with the landscape, villages, and flavors that define the Cinque Terre.
