Tour description
This private e-bike tour in the Cinque Terre offers a dynamic and immersive way to experience the region from an elevated perspective, blending panoramic cycling, village exploration, and a wine tasting among terraced vineyards. The experience starts at Passo del Termine, where sweeping views immediately open over Monterosso, Vernazza, and the coastline extending toward Portovenere. The opening stretch follows a smooth, scenic ridgeline, perfect for enjoying the landscape at an unhurried rhythm.
From here, the route descends toward Vernazza, passing the Sanctuary of Nostra Signora di Reggio, a quiet and atmospheric site surrounded by centuries-old vegetation. Upon arrival in Vernazza, you have free time to wander through the village, explore its narrow lanes, and gain insight into its maritime past before beginning the ride back uphill. The return ascent, approximately 3 km, is made accessible thanks to the e-MTB, while a support shuttle remains available for guests who prefer not to tackle the climb by bike.
Once in San Bernardino, the tour pauses for a relaxed moment featuring focaccia, a sampling of local white wine, and a breathtaking viewpoint overlooking Corniglia and the Ligurian Sea. Depending on timing and group preferences, the route then adapts, offering different possibilities such as a visit to Corniglia, a scenic ride along the panoramic road toward Volastra, or a final descent to Manarola.
In Volastra, the experience continues with a visit to the Cappellini winery, where you walk through the iconic terraced vineyards and enjoy a guided wine tasting, learning about the unique challenges and traditions of Cinque Terre winemaking. At the end of the experience, a private transfer returns you comfortably to the starting point.
Designed for beginner and experienced cyclists alike, the tour features flexible distances and difficulty levels. A minimum height of 1.45 meters is required to ensure safe and comfortable bike handling. This experience offers a meaningful connection to the landscapes, villages, and flavors that make the Cinque Terre truly unforgettable.
