During the class, you prepare fresh pasta from scratch, learning how to work the dough and pair it with a rich, creamy Alfredo-style sauce. You also create seasonal bruschetta, focusing on balance, texture, and quality ingredients. To complete the menu, you learn how to make a traditional tiramisù, discovering the correct layering and proportions that give this dessert its unmistakable character.

The experience is flexible and inclusive. Vegetarian and vegan alternatives can be arranged in advance, with options such as spaghetti aglio e olio or ciambelline al vino, a classic Roman sweet. Lactose-free and gluten-free solutions are also available upon request, ensuring everyone can fully enjoy the class.

Once the cooking is complete, you sit down to enjoy the full meal you have prepared, paired with local wine and finished with a glass of limoncello. All ingredients, professional equipment, private instruction, and a digital recipe booklet are included, so you can recreate the dishes at home.
