  • The Port of La Spezia overlooks the northern Tyrrhenian Sea. It is a natural port that offers many advantages for maritime and land transport. Thanks to its strategic geographical position, it is one of the most important commercial ports in the Mediterranean.
  • A square with a panoramic view of Florence, located in the Oltrarno district of the city. This Florentine piazza was designed by architect Giuseppe Poggi and built in 1869 on a hill just south of the historic center, during the redevelopment of the left bank of the Arno river. In 1869, Florence was the capital of Italy and the whole city was involved in an urban renewal.
  • Experience the vibrant heart of Florence at the Piazza, a central meeting point adorned with a wealth of statues, including the intriguing 'fake David.' Beyond its artistic allure, the Piazza strategically connects to key landmarks such as Palazzo Vecchio, the Uffizi Gallery, and provides a direct route to the iconic Duomo. Immerse yourself in the cultural richness of Florence, where history and art converge in this centrally positioned hub.
  • Discover the enchanting Ponte Vecchio, a medieval stone bridge celebrated globally for its beauty and unique charm. This iconic structure remains a vibrant center of local activity, with artisans and businesses still thriving on its storied surface. Unveiling a touch of mystery, the Ponte Vecchio is intricately linked to the 'Corridoio Vasariano.' Remarkably, during World War II, it escaped destruction as Hitler, in a rare decision, spared this bridge, attributing its preservation to its unparalleled beauty. Learn about its historical significance and the local tales surrounding its survival, making it a must-visit landmark in Florence.
  • Explore the essence of Florence through its iconic symbol, the awe-inspiring Duomo, officially named Santa Maria del Fiore. Crafted by the legendary Arnolfo di Cambio six centuries ago, it stands as the third largest cathedral globally. The exterior hues and facade intricately reflect Florence's local traditions, subtly intertwining with the medieval rivalry against Siena. Opting for a guided tour unveils the rich history embedded in every facet of the facade.
  • Considered as one of the most important sculpture museums in the world, not just Florence. Located in close proximity of the Florence Fine Art Academy, hence its name and function as a drawing laboratory for artists of any time. It houses the highest number of sculptures by Michelangelo —seven works, including the world-famous David, along with priceless masterpieces and works of art spread over two floors, and thus presenting a photograph of early-Renaissance art and its heritage.
  • Home to a vast collection of priceless artwork, notably from the Italian Renaissance age. The Uffizi is one of the largest museums in the Western world. The gallery is littered with ex medici work as well as masterpieces from Caravaggio's Tiziano and Tintoretto to the stunning Leonardo da Vinci’s Annunciation and Adoration of the Magi. A true gem of the Western World and Italian heritage!
