Hello my friends!

My name is Silvia and I am an Art Historian.

I started my experience in tourism ten years ago, I used to coordinate tourist groups, a great responsibility but also fun, being surrounded by people from all over the world, sharing a few moments with them before they began their experiences with the tour guides. At some point I wanted more, to share the whole experience and indeed, to be the guide.

So my adventure began, with great commitment and passion I became a tour guide and my background helped me a lot in this.

Many times I was asked: what is it like to be a tour guide?

Well, being a tour guide is inspiring, and satisfying, and it is also sharing and continuous learning.

Something more to know me better: curiosity has always been a strong point of my character, knowing and being able to see the world with my own eyes but also with those of others. Studying languages was my first step towards this goal, and I later discovered that it combined perfectly with my passion for my city, its art, and archaeology. I studied cultural heritage and art history at the University of Rome and I am a certified guide.

I am also a local, I was born and raised in Rome, despite this the eternal city remains a mystery to me too, impossible to know everything about it because it changes evolves, its history is infinite and perhaps will always be, so let’s discover it together!
