Hi, what's the difference between these tickets and the ones from the Vatican Museums Online Ticket Office?

Hello, and thank you for your question.

Eyes of Rome tickets are essentially the same tickets as the Vatican Museums skip-the-line tickets. However, there are indeed some substantial differences to consider.

As an official partner of the Vatican Museums, using our tickets grants you access to rooms generally closed to the general public such as the "Stanza degli Ori" (Golden Room) or the "Gabinetto delle Maschere" (Cabinet of Masks).

Also keep in mind that Tour Operators with a partnership account have Early Morning access to the Museums - 1 hour prior to the public opening.

Also consider that Eyes of Rome offers Meet & Greet Service meaning there will always be one of our agents/guides taking care of the tickets for you while at the door. So you do not have to worry about anything.

Hopefully this has cleared up some of your doubts!

    Happy travels

Wow guys! the hidden gems Vatican is great! The cabinet of masks is very interesting place, and getting inside you feel so special because the guard opens the area only for us with the special tickets. I felt so intrigued and excited to be at the vatican with such a good guide and all the stories related to that place that i asked Barbara to extend the tour and an extra hour. Luckily she was free in the afternoon and she could stay with me longer. Definitely not to be missed!

Three great experiences thanks to Eyes of Rome! First, we followed the suggestions of Francesca from the office who suggested the ‘Hidden Gems’ Vatican tour as, she said, we sounded super excited at the idea of going to that amazing place! What a great tour- Katie was amazing and I wish we could have had more time with her. The day after we had a wonderful walking tour with Silvia who was also fantastic! She knew everything about Rome (and more!) and to end the day we couldn’t ask for a more relaxing evening than we had in the company of Francesco for a wine tour, with typical Italian and high-quality food and wine. We were in the hands of Eor and they exceeded our expectations!

    Highly recommended!

    Hello,
Due to mobility problems I need a wheelchair for the Vatican Museums. Is it possible to rent one there?

    Dear Mr Paul J.D.,
Thanks for your enquiry. Yes of course our guide can reserve a wheelchair for free the day of your visit and you will be able to use it inside the Vatican Museums. You’ll follow special paths to the Sistine Chapel, but will not be able to take the Vatican’s wheelchair into St. Peter’s Basilica. But no worries, our office has a wheelchair that you can use through the Vatican Museums, Sistine Chapel AND St. Peter’s Basilica.
