Twilight in the Eternal City

Rome is a different city at night. In the romantic glow of moonlight, amber streetlights, and the soft golden shimmer of candles at outdoor cafes, you will see the ancient ruins of the eternal city in a surreal and breathtaking light. We will take a leisurely evening stroll to many of the most important points in the city while your tour guide points out the history along the way.

See what the arches of the Colosseum look like lit up at night. Discover the architecture of this fascinating building which once seated tens of thousands of people was built in such a short amount of time. Walk among the ruins of the Forum where the emperors of this powerful city once lived in enormous and elegant villas. Discover also at the Forum the Lapis Niger - a black stone containing engravings of the most ancient Latin text ever discovered in the world.

We will walk to the Spanish Steps, a beautiful area of Rome most famous for its high-end boutiques where the world's top designers such as Ferragamo, Armani, and Prada have set up shop.

Now is your chance, on our Rome by Night tour we will visit Rome's largest and most famous fountain in the romantic glow of the fountain's evening lights. You will have the opportunity to make a wish with a coin in the fountain. But be careful, you can only make one wish...

Take in the magnificence of the Pantheon, the most well preserved ancient temple in the world. Ask your tour guide to take a souvenir photo of your group. Stroll through Piazza Navona, perhaps the city's most beautiful square. Here you will see three grand fountains, including Bernini's famous Fontana dei Quattro Fiumi (Fountain of the Four Rivers) and take in the atmosphere of the many outdoor cafes and bars lining the piazza. We will also visit the Campo dei Fiori, a popular nightlife hub in Rome.

Your tour guide will point out the "Talking Statues" to you - a series of 5 statues among the city of Rome famous for talking to people and revealing secrets not meant to be known to the public.

Step onto the Ponte Sisto, a pedestrian bridge where you have a beautiful view of the Tiber River at night. Share the glorious sight with your loved ones.

You will then proceed to the Trastevere, the west bank of the Tiber, to visit the ancient alleys and get lost in the dizzying heart of Rome. Here the streets are small and quaint, the ethereal buildings are covered in vines the paths are lined with picturesque cafes and bars. We will finish the tour in Transtevere where you and your group are welcome to stop in one of the authentic Roman restaurants for a mouthwatering bite to eat.
